While Citizens for Responsible Solar believes the information on its website is accurate, we encourage the reader to conduct their own research, as much information is subject to interpretation, and information may be updated, as new research, findings, materials, reports and studies become publicly available.

Citizens for Responsible Solar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Citizens for Responsible Solar that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Citizens for Responsible Solar is providing these links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Citizens for Responsible Solar of the Linked Site or any association with its operators. 

Certain services made available via citizensforresponsiblesolar.org are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the citizensforresponsiblesolar.org domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Citizens for Responsible Solar may share such information and data with any third-party with whom Citizens for Responsible Solar has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of citizensforresponsiblesolar.org users and customers.

Citizens for Responsible Solar reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoenas, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Citizens for Responsible Solar’s sole discretion.

4. Social Networking Services

You may enable or log in to the Service via various online third-party services, such as social media and social networking services like Facebook or Twitter (“Social Networking Services”). The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Citizens for Responsible Solar within the USA. Citizens for Responsible Solar hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information and related graphics, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Citizens for Responsible Solar and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site, with the delay or inability to use the site or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the site, or otherwise arising out of the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Citizens for Responsible Solar or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. You agree that Citizens for Responsible Solar, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Citizens for Responsible Solar  believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Citizens for Responsible Solar may also in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Citizens for Responsible Solar may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that Citizens for Responsible Solar will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
